3. července 2026 - Tuto výstavu mám opravdu moc ráda a to hlavně proto, že ji máme za kopcem a to doslova. Výstava se konala zase v Polsku v malebné Wisłe a jak jsem psala minule, jsou to výstavy, které jsou pro nás co by kamenem dohodil. Na výstavu jsem vzala pouze Mesu, protože Cusco si podmínky pro udělení juniorského šampiona splnil už minule. Má teď proto do konce prázdnin volno než nastoupí do mezitřídy a začnem sbírat tituly pro dospelého šampiona. Ale to jsem zase odbočila. Tato výstava je totiž jen a jen o mojí bláznivé žíhané opici Mese.

Cíl byl jasný, pokusit se vyhrát třídu mladých tentokrát v konkurenci tři mladých fen. Všechno co by bylo navíc, by byla jen třešnička na dortu. A právě ta třešnička na dortu se tentokrát povedla. Mesa mi vyhrála nejlepšího juniora i nejlepšího psa v plemeni a určitě by uspěla i v závěrečných soutěžích, protože se opravdu hodně italskému rozhodčímu, který chrty posuzoval, líbila. Doma máme ještě jedno štěňátko z našeho posledního vrhu "G", pro které si majitelé přijedou až za pár dní, a tak jsem musela spěchat domů.

6. června 2026 - Vydali jsme se na Národní výstavu v Polsku. Vzala jsem tentokrát oba mlaďochy a náš cíl byl získat další titul pro Cusca a splnit tím podmínky pro udělení juniorského šampiona PL a získat i titul pro Mesu a u ní tohoto šampiona rozjet. Na výstavu byl jako rozhodčí nominován specialista a dlouhodobý chovatel whippetů (CHS Synergy/PL) pan Tomasz Kuszyk na jehož názoru a posudku mi hodně záleží. Mám opravdu ráda jeho styl posuzování, který je vždy profesionální a podrobný.

Jsem moc ráda, že se oba mladí panu rozhodčímu líbili, a to natolik, že oba vyhráli své třídy a rozdělili si tituly BOB a BOS. Do závěrečných soutěží postoupil Cusco jako nejlepší junior a nejlepší pes v plemeni a nakonec vyhrál nejlepšího juniora X. skupiny a posléze res.BIG X.skupiny.

16. květen 2026 - Jsou dny, na které se nedá zapomenout. Už navždy k nim bude patřit sobota 16. května na Klubové výstavě Chovatelů Chrtů Anglických Dostihových Plemen. Přihlášeno bylo 105 whippetů a pár greyhoundů.

Výstava, kterou si nikdy nenechám ujít, protože má své kvality. Vždy je na nádherném místě a obsazená rozhodčími, na jejihž názoru a hodnocení mi záleží. Nebylo tomu jinak ani letos. Klubovka se konala v areálu zahrady nádherného zámku Liblice. Nenechali jsme si ujít možnost se na zámku rovněž ubytovat, takže jsme mohli obdivovat i jeho interiéry a taky kuchyni při večeři a ráno u snídaně. 

Rozhodčími byli dva Norové, oba dlouholetí chovatelé chrtů a znalci plemene. Greyhoundy - obě pohlaví a whippety - psy posuzoval pan Espen Engh a whippety - feny pan Åge Gjetnes. Klubová výstava se konala v sobotu. V neděli pak pokračovala Speciální výstava všech chrtů, kde se oba rozhodčí prohodili v posuzování. Vzhledem k tomu, že mám doma čerstvě narozená štěňátka, nedělní výstavu jsem nehlásila a hned po snídani jsme spěchhali domů.

Vlastně nevím, kde začít. Sobota byla plná těch největších zážitků jaké může chovatel a vystavovatel zažít. Tento rok jsem na výstavu přihlásila naše nejmladší Cusca a Mesu. Oba do třídy mladých a vzhledem k tomu, že Zorka tentokrát jet nemohla, musela jsem oba mlaďochy vystavovat sama. Bylo to dost náročné. Přebíhala jsem z jednoho kruhu do druhého a snažila na sobě neukázat ani krapet nervozity, abych urdžela Cusca a hlavně bojínka Mesu v klidu. Obě třídy byly obsazeny velkým počtem mladých psů a fen. Vlastně ani nevím jak se to stalo, najednou jsem stála na bedně v kruhu s Cuscem i s Mesou. A po chvíli znova a znova a znova až jsem se ocitla s kokardou "Best in Show" s Cuscem po svém boku.

Cílem této výstavy nebylo pouze vystavení obou mladých členů Baya Nobles týmu, ale především jejich bonitace, která se konala spolu s výstavou. Oba byli bez problémů zbonitování s verdiktem "Chovný/á" se standardními výškami Cusco: 52 a Mesa: 47,5 cm.

9^th May 2026 - Cusco's second show and second win. Our youngster is unexpectedly fast approaching the junior champion title in Poland. We have the advantage of being close to the Polish border and having a large number of shows in Silesia, so why not use it. Cusco and Zorka made a trip to Lodz (PL) this time where an international show was held and the judge was a renowned whippet specialist and Polish breeder (CHS Paranoia) Mr. Tomasz Wolańczyk. I was very interested in his opinion on the young member of our boy's Baya Nobles team. I am even more pleased that he awarded him with the grade of Excellent 1, the title of Youth Winner and J-CACIB.

1^st May 2026 - So the time has come for our youngest male member of the Baya Nobles team - Cusco to go to the show ring. Accompanied by Zorka and Gali, he took part in the National Hunting Dog Show in Jeleśna, just beyond our borders in Poland.

Both of our boys did well, with Galileo finishing as the Polish Adult Champion and Cusco as the Polish Junior Champion. In addition to our boys, Thor's children also showed up at the show, and they did not disappoint their successful father in the slightest. They won their classes and the junior "Psycha" - full name Psychedelic Dream Must Be Shadow - also won BOJ and in the final competitions BIS Junior II.

27^th April 2026 - It is the day when the spring puppies of the expected litter "G" with the nickname Gemstone were born. The birth started very quickly shortly before midnight on Sunday, April 26, but the first puppy - a boy - was born on Monday around 01:30. As is often the case, the first "pioneer" troubled Lisbon a little, but in the end she managed everything on her own with a little help from a fellow veterinarian and me. This was followed by a fairly rapid sequence of births of four more puppies, the last one was born around 4:30 in the morning.

We had 4 boys and one girl. All except one male, who is brindle after his father, in fawn color and with black pigment. Birth weights fluctuated from 300g to 350g, except for one male. He was born as the third with a very small birth weight of 200g. He was very weak and the next 24 hours decided that he would unfortunately not stay with us. He went over the rainbow to dog heaven. I am so sorry, I tried so hard and did everything to make him cope. This is the dark side of breeding, which is not talked about much, but unfortunately it is part of breeding.

We are all the more happy about the four remaining puppies, who are doing well and I hope that the new owners will have many wonderful years together.

10^st - 12^nd April 2026 - Our boy part of the Baya Nobles team went to Hungary for a long weekend, to the 3 x CACIB Dog Show in Hajdúdorog. The show is special, so it was possible to get HU CH in three days, which both boys managed to do. Thor competed in the champion class all three days and thus earned another title for his collection, namely "Grand CHampion of Hungary". Gali enriched his collection of titles with the adult HU CH by winning the intermediate class.

21^st March 2026 - It's been about a month and a half since the trainer who primarily works with Mesa and me on dog shows approached me and asked if we wanted to try agility with Mesa. It sounded like science fiction that Mesa, who is afraid of basically everything, and I, who am in such poor shape, should run an agility.

But never say never! After the first training we found out that this is exactly what Mesa needs. And I will adapt and work on my fitness. Our whippet girl is incredibly smart and perceptive, she immediately understood what was wanted of her, and so after less than two months we developed so much that the trainer entered us for agility competitions in the beginners section.

Four runs with minimal mistakes, two race runs without mistakes, all in a hall with lots of strange dogs and people (even men!!!). Very nice cooperation, concentration on work and professionalism brought us a beautiful second place.

20^th March 2026 - Symbolically, on the first day of spring this year, we learned that real spring puppies will be born in our kennel after a long time.

Our brightest female Lisboa will be the mother of the litter for the first time. Her pedigree is a combination of important southern bloodlines and classic English blood. That is why I decided to choose a young, very promising Italian dog as the father of the litter, whose pedigree is a combination of successful and long-standing bloodlines in Italy, spiced with Nordic and English ancestors in the fourth and older generations.

4^th February 2026 - It seems like yesterday, only the weather was a little different. It was a warmer February than it is today and our beautiful "F" was born. They were given the characteristic nickname "February" and beautiful names. Two of them stayed at home and the other three have wonderful homes, for which I am incredibly grateful. Thank you very much to all the owners for the top-notch care and pampering. The little puppies in the picture above grew into beautiful whippets with everything that whippets should have.
