4th February 2025 - After a long wait, 5 beautiful and healthy offspring of Berroo and Tengel were born. I secretly hoped that at least a few brindle ones would appear after the father of the litter, but just like in Berroo's first litter, her genes carrying the solid color defeated Tengel's brindleness and there is only one brindle in the world and that is still a very "light" one.
The birth was long but with a happy ending. With the help of my home clinic CTVet Český Těšín, Berroo gave birth to 3 boys and 2 girls. On the 63rd day of pregnancy, they were all real big. The boys weigh 406, 407, 438 g and the girls 353 and 366 g. As in her litter "D", two unexpectedly light individuals appeared, this time the boys with a very light and the second a slightly darker silver color. The third boy is a copy of his mother, just like in the previous litter. Both girls will be red, with one having a light tan on her head and here and there on her body.
Immediately after birth, they all latched onto their mother's teats without any problems and Berroo takes great care of them.
